1966 C20 SOLD!!!!!!
This is a one of a
kind classic camping rig. It is a 1966 Chevrolet 3/4 ton longbed pickup with a
hand crafted wooden camper.
The truck has an
excellent running small block Chevy 350 V-8 and a Turbo 400 automatic
transmission. New aluminum four core radiator and thermostat. Air bags, air
shocks, etc.
I just finished
converting the drum brakes to disc which work great and are a huge improvement
(parts alone were over $2000 to get this done). The truck runs very well. It was driven back
and forth from Arizona to California a bunch of times and I have travelled all
over California with it and camped out of it. Nice stereo and aftermarket
gauges for monitoring temperature, oil pressure, etc and the cab of the truck
has a nice clean interior with more custom wood features.
In camper air conditioning, sink, refrigerator
and stereo. Sleeps two with a new mattress up top. Double pane windows, and
double insulation. Heavy duty Yokohama truck tires that are almost brand new. Has
new spark plugs, plug wires, thermostat gasket, and heater hoses. The body is
solid. Truck lived most its life in Arizona so it has no major rust issues. Inside
of camper is clean and all hand built with wood.
Truck has an Alarm
system and countless other things I’m forgetting so come take a look if you are
serious. I have put a lot of money into making this classic camper very
reliable and ready to go but my plans have changed. It’s ready to go anywhere
right now and needs more adventures! Not in a rush to sell it and I want it to
